If not completely satisfied you may return it for a full refund if in new, unused condition. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable except for manufacturer defects. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. If a manufacturer defect is detected the package must be shipped pre-paid and enclose a check or money order for $10.95 for a replacement of the item that was purchased or you may make use of the manufacturer’s warranty. We suggest you obtain a tracking number for your return shipment. All returns must be received by PMEoutlet within 14 days of RMA No. issued.
Returns must be approved and assigned a Return of Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) by emailing us at PMEoutlet@gmail.com, or phone 805-349-9215. All unauthorized return shipments will be refused. Your refund will be issued upon receipt of an inspection report of the product in the return warehouse. Please allow 10 -14 days from the reporting date for your return to be credited or exchange made.
