Professional Music Equipment offers a Columbian folk guitar at a decent price. The Tiple is a small, unique South American guitar with 12 steel strings arranged in 4 triple courses. The Tiple is associated mainly with the Andean region of Columbia and is considered the national instrument. It is typically used when playing Columbian folk music or American Folk or Jazz. It is tuned: D-G-B-E.
This guitar instrument comes with gloss or matte finish and is made in Mexico of a solid cedar top, cedar back and sides, inlaid sound hole rosette, and rosewood fingerboard and bridge.
